Pre-Clean Preparation

If you are having our team out to wash your siding or roof:

1. please make sure all doors and windows are securely closed.
2. exterior screens are removed.
3. potted plants have been moved away from areas to be cleaned.
4. vehicles are at least 20 feet from the home.

If you're having your driveway or patio cleaned:

1. please make sure the surface is clear of any vehicles, plants and/or patio furniture.

Would you like our team to handle some of these tasks?  please let us know in advance so that we can plan for the extra time needed. If these preparations aren't completed, our team may not be able to complete the service even though the agreed to charges will still apply.
